Close Up Photography
In my spare time, I have experimented with taking photographs with different lenses. I recently used a macro lens for close up work. I used a Nikon 60 mm 2.8 macro lens. By using this lens wide open, I can focus on a part of the object with the rest going out of focus (small depth of field). This creates a very well defined focal point with the background going blurry.
